Short version: we teach real estate investing and how to work with investors. We can't promise you'll make money or close a deal. Your results depend on you, your market, and many things outside anyone's control. This page is published by Legacy Lane Properties Team LLC, doing business as Agents to Assets ("Agents to Assets," "A2A," "we," "us," or "our").
1.No guarantee of income or deals
Agents to Assets is education. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn any money, close any deals, get any clients, buy any property, or reach any particular result by joining or by using what we teach. Any income or deal numbers you see are not a promise of what you will earn.
2.Examples are not typical
When we share examples, including deals Lauren has worked on, case studies, numbers from calculators, or stories from members, they are shown to teach, and they are not typical results unless we clearly say otherwise. Many people who take a course or join a community like this make little or no money from it. Your results depend on things like your effort, experience, finances, credit, time, local market, interest rates, and timing.
If we ever share a member's results or testimonial, it will reflect their real experience, and we'll tell you if they received anything in return for sharing it. If we ever recommend a product or service and earn a commission or other benefit, we'll disclose that, as the FTC requires.
3.Education only, not advice
Our content is for education and information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or brokerage advice, and it's not a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any particular property. Calculators and spreadsheets are learning tools. They're only as good as the numbers you put in, and they are not appraisals, underwriting, or professional analysis.
4.Real estate investing involves risk
Real estate investing carries real risk, including the risk of losing money. Property values, rents, vacancies, repair costs, interest rates, insurance, taxes, and laws can all change. Using debt (leverage) can increase losses as well as gains. Don't invest money you can't afford to lose.
5.Do your own homework
Before any real estate or financial decision, do your own due diligence and talk to qualified professionals who know your situation, such as an attorney, CPA or tax advisor, lender, financial advisor, inspector, and, if you're a licensed agent, your sponsoring broker. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.
6.Separate from brokerage activity
Agents to Assets is an education community and is separate from any real estate brokerage activity, including any brokerage activity of Lauren Cutchen or of other members. It does not provide real estate brokerage services. Joining Agents to Assets does not create an agent or agency relationship with Lauren or with any brokerage.
