Terms of Use

Short version: Agents to Assets is an education community for adults. Be respectful, don't share the paid course content, and remember this is education, not legal, tax, investment, or brokerage advice. By using our site, joining our list, or joining the community, you agree to these terms. This page is published by Legacy Lane Properties Team LLC, doing business as Agents to Assets ("Agents to Assets," "A2A," "we," "us," or "our").

1.Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Agents to Assets. By joining, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

2.What Agents to Assets is

Agents to Assets is an online education community and course about real estate investing and about how real estate agents can work with investors. It includes a community feed, course lessons, and live or recorded calls, hosted mostly on Skool at skool.com/agents-to-assets-7842. We may add, change, or remove lessons, features, or events over time.

Your membership is personal to you. Don't share your login or let others use your access.

3.Skool's own terms

The community lives on Skool, a third-party platform. When you use Skool, you also agree to Skool's own terms of service and privacy policy. If Skool's rules and ours differ, follow both where you can. We're not responsible for Skool's platform, outages, or policies.

4.Membership and billing

• Membership price: membership is $47 per month, billed in advance each month on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Founding members: the first 25 members get their first 6 months free. No payment card is needed during the free period. After the 6 free months, founding membership moves to $47 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. We'll email you before your free period ends and before any billing starts, so you can decide whether to continue. If you don't want to continue, you can cancel before then and you won't be charged.
• Everyone else: once the 25 founding spots are filled, new members pay $47 per month from the day they join.
• Who bills you: payment may be processed through our own checkout (powered by Stripe through our GoHighLevel account) or through Skool, depending on how you join. Either way, by joining a paid plan you authorize the recurring monthly charge to your payment method. Your receipt will show who billed you.
• Price changes: we may change the price for new members at any time. If we change the price of your existing membership, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's fixed.
• You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

5.Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your paid membership at any time from your Skool or billing account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• Access continues through the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, your paid access ends.
• No refunds for partial months. Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for unused time, except where the law requires it.

6.Community rules

We want this to be a helpful, professional room. When you're in the community or on a live call:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or personal attacks.
• No spam, cold pitching, or recruiting other members without permission.
• Don't post anything illegal, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Protect privacy. Don't share other people's personal information, or client or deal details you're not allowed to share.
• Follow fair housing laws and your own licensing rules if you're a licensed agent.
• Don't record live calls or share them without permission.

We may remove posts or suspend or remove members who break these rules, at our discretion. If you're removed for breaking the rules, you won't get a refund.

7.Our content stays ours

The course lessons, videos, worksheets, calculators, templates, emails, and other materials in Agents to Assets belong to us (or to people who've licensed them to us) and are protected by copyright and other laws. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and business while you're a member.

Please don't copy, resell, publicly post, share with non-members, or make courses or products out of our materials without our written permission.

8.What you post

You own what you post. By posting in the community (comments, questions, wins, photos), you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it inside the community and to use it to run and improve Agents to Assets. We will ask your permission before using your name, image, or story in any public marketing or as a testimonial. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

9.Education only, not professional advice

Everything in Agents to Assets is for education and information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or lending advice. Every person and every deal is different. Before you make decisions, talk to your own qualified professionals, such as an attorney, CPA, lender, financial advisor, and your sponsoring broker if you're a licensed agent. 10.Not brokerage services

Agents to Assets is an education community. It does not provide real estate brokerage services. It is separate from any real estate brokerage activity. Joining Agents to Assets does not make Lauren Cutchen or anyone else in the community your real estate agent or broker, and it doesn't create an agency relationship. Nothing in the community is an offer to pay or receive referral fees; any referral arrangement must follow Texas law and go through the brokers involved.

11.Limits on our responsibility

We provide Agents to Assets "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that it will get you any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we (and our owners, team, and partners) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, or lost data, arising from your use of Agents to Assets or any decision you make based on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

12.Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law, or your content causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) from that claim.

13.Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to work it out informally first.

14.Other terms

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a rule right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Earnings & Results Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us about Agents to Assets.

15.Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let members know by email or in the community. If you keep using Agents to Assets after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
