Agents to AssetsLegal

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

Short version: we collect the basics (your name and email, and your phone number only if you choose to give it) so we can send you Agents to Assets emails and run the community. We don't sell your information. You can unsubscribe anytime. This page is published by Legacy Lane Properties Team LLC, doing business as Agents to Assets ("Agents to Assets," "A2A," "we," "us," or "our").

1.Who we are

Agents to Assets is an online education community and course about real estate investing and working with investors. This policy covers our websites at agentstoassets.com and its subdomains (like join.agentstoassets.com), our sign-up forms, and our emails. Our community itself is hosted on Skool, which has its own privacy policy (see Section 6).

2.What we collect

  • What you give us: your first name and email address, and, on some forms, an optional phone number. If you email us or answer a question on a form, we get whatever you choose to share.
  • Membership and payment info: if you join a paid plan, our payment processor collects your card details. We see a record of the payment (for example, the amount, date, and last four digits of the card), not your full card number.
  • Automatic info: like most websites, ours collects basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, the page that sent you here, approximate location from your IP address, and whether you opened or clicked an email. See Section 7 on cookies.

3.How we use it

  • To send what you asked for, like waitlist updates, your welcome email, community invites, and course or event reminders.
  • To send our educational emails and occasional offers about Agents to Assets (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To run memberships, process payments, and give you access to the community and course.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To understand what's working on our site and in our emails, and to improve them.
  • To protect our community, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

4.Emails and unsubscribing

When you submit a form, you agree to receive emails from Agents to Assets. Our emails come from [email protected]. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and we'll stop sending you marketing emails, usually right away and always within 10 business days, as the federal CAN-SPAM Act requires. You can also email [email protected] and ask to be removed.

Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about an account or payment you have with us (like a receipt or a billing notice). We keep your email on a "do not email" list so we remember not to contact you.

5.Phone numbers and texts

Giving us your phone number is optional. We do not send text messages. We will never text you unless you first give separate, express consent to receive texts, which would be asked for clearly and separately from any email sign-up. We don't sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.

6.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run Agents to Assets, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our website, forms, contact list, and email system.
  • Skool: hosts our community and course. When you join on Skool, Skool's terms and privacy policy also apply to what you share there.
  • Stripe: processes card payments (if you join a paid plan through our checkout). Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Workspace / Gmail: receives and stores replies and emails you send us.
  • Analytics and advertising tools (if used), described in Section 7.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business sale or reorganization (in which case this policy would still protect it).

7.Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar tools (small files and code snippets that help a site remember you and measure visits). Our website platform, GoHighLevel, uses them to make forms and pages work and to report page views and sign-ups. We may also add analytics or advertising tools like Google Analytics, YouTube, or the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to see how people find us and to show our ads to people who might be interested.

You're in control: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some features may not work), use your browser's private mode, or opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and in your Google and Meta ad settings.

8.How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're on our list or a member, and afterward only as long as we reasonably need it for records, taxes, legal reasons, or to honor an unsubscribe. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9.How we protect it

We use reputable providers with security protections, limit who can access your information, and use secure (HTTPS) pages. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee perfect security, but we take it seriously and will let you know if the law requires us to tell you about a breach.

10.Kids and minors

Agents to Assets is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or from minors generally). If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

11.Your rights (Texas and other U.S. states)

Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct it if it's wrong;
  • have it deleted;
  • opt out of the sale of your information (we don't sell it), targeted advertising, or profiling.

We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need to confirm it's really you. We'll respond within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll respond to the appeal within 60 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Texas Attorney General. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Agents to Assets grows. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and if the change is significant we'll let you know by email or on the site.
